These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nayna mobile application, website, and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Nayna, Inc. ("Nayna," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nayna. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account. We authenticate you using your phone number and a one-time passcode (OTP). You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Clients use Nayna to discover beauty professionals, view profiles and reviews, and book services. Clients agree to provide accurate information when booking and to honor reservations made.
Pros may claim their business listing or create a new one. Claims are reviewed by Nayna and may require verification. Pros are independent service providers — Nayna is not the employer of any Pro and is not a party to the service relationship between a Client and a Pro.
You retain ownership of content you submit to Nayna (reviews, photos, profile information). By submitting content, you grant Nayna a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that content on and through the Service. This license ends when you delete the content, except for content that has been shared with others, which may persist as required to provide the Service.

Reviews on Nayna must be honest and based on personal experience. We may remove reviews that violate these Terms, that we believe to be inauthentic, or that fail to comply with applicable law.
Bookings made through Nayna are agreements between you and the Pro. Payments are processed by Stripe; Nayna does not store full payment card details. Cancellation, refund, and no-show policies are set by individual Pros and shown at the time of booking. Disputes about a service are between you and the Pro; Nayna may assist but is not obligated to resolve service disputes.
The Nayna Score is a proprietary, algorithmically-derived measure based on verified bookings, retention, ratings, and other signals. We may update the algorithm at any time. Pros may not pay to increase or guarantee placement in rankings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing [email protected].
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant the quality of any Pro's services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nayna disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nayna's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid to Nayna in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nayna and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or damage arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notice or SMS. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
